Soft and well made with no freying. Neutral colour is accurately represented in photo. Lovely thick rug thats not shag. Check measurements if placing near a door to ensure the door opens and closes over the rug. Strong chemical smell when first rolled out (pretty normal for new carpet/rugs) but a few days of fresh air and its gone
