Prompt delivery and packaging was good very comfortable.

Lovely chair they look great comfy to sit in.

Instructions could be a lot clearer with better pictures. However once complete we were happy with the chair for the price.

Smaller than I thought

Comfortable to sit on. Hard to assemble for some people. If you are old and not good at putting things together or have no strength to lift things, be aware this furniture requires assembly. My elderly mom has no strength to push the chair back to recline so be aware if you are buying for elderly people.

Only have put one together at the moment, what a nightmare!!, the strutt that is supposed to lift the foot piece, does not work, instruction not very clear, extra bits & pieces that don’t go anywhere!! Very dissappointed.

A bloody awful product, not fit for purpose. The assembly instructions were in very small print and confusing, it took a few days on and off for a tradesman to put them together. Definitely not recommended.

Stunning. These chairs were bought for poolside and match the relaxed vibe perfectly. Having said that, they are obviously quality and well put together, not cheap by any standards. They also are so versatile being able to perform as upright chairs and also recline for a semi-lounge feel. The cushions are also very sturdy and well made. Very happy with my purchase.

These two chairs are just what we expected. Great quality, colour exactly as described, delivery earlier than expected too. Very happy.

Absolute rubbish.l!!!! The wholes don’t line up, causing bolts to get threaded, parts of the plastic weaving are dinted. The instructions are impossible. Don’t waste your money.

Wow, never had such difficulty putting together these chairs. Can't even attach that gas pump thing, but I shouldn't bother because it doesn't stay seated up, it's stuck on the recline setting, so now I'm just keeping them resting against the posts. Also those instructions were difficult. The images weren't clear, and the bolts and screws weren't even labeled so I had to figure out which one was which by guessing. If you spend so much on the product, they should offer a service that sets it up. They do look nice, and hopefully they'll last a while (hope so after spending so much on them). I'm just hoping it was worth the 5 hours of stress trying to set it up.

Not Bad had trouble fitting the gas strut but otherwise went together well then my dog eat it next day-lol so unable to give long term review

It is actually a lot smaller than I thought it would be. It was the biggest pain to put together. Perseverance got me there!! Very poor instructions. You have to work it out yourself.
