The initial rug I purchased had a large crease that wouldn't cone out (just due to it being rolled incorrectly) I am pleased to say that Temple & Webster were very thorough in attending to this problem and replaced the rug. I am very pleased with it, it's soft and looks very smart on our apartment balcony with the two wicker armchairs.
