Very sturdy and comfortable. The lean back feature gave me a fright the first time I tilted back but once you’re used to it, it’s an extra nicety.

I purchased these chairs some time ago and they are so comfy and still going strong. My kids have them as study chairs and they have no issues pulling up their chair and getting their homework done.

The gas lift lasted just over a year the warranty is 1 year, so not happy with the chair.

It's perfect! I love how comfortable being on this chair when I am working at home. It doesn't hurt my back or arm even for long hours of seating down. The size is perfect for me (I am a short guy 165cm). Bought this June last year and it's great both on warm and cold days - guaranteed comfy level 10/10!! The colour is glam - matches our grey & black furniture. Been this for more than a year now and still in its immaculate and sturdy condition. Best deal ever!! Even my cat, Zoie, approves! I think the chair looks great and is quite comfortable. It's very comfortable but much better with a rectangular cushion for lumbar support. It is a little fragile feeling / shaky, hence the 4 stars

Recently purchased 2 of these chairs for our study nook. The chair is roomy, I weight 50kg, 165cm tall. It doesn't provide much back support, however a seat cushion helps. Adjusting the height is a nightmare; it is relatively easy to ascend but not the opposite. There is also a minor defect at the top part of the chair, looks/feels like a dent. Overall, it is acceptable given it is not an expensive item.
