The product is exactly how it appears online, Was shipped to me very quickly and the box had multiple 'fragile' stickers all over it. The frame is elegant and has various hanging capabilitie son the back so you are not bound by one option (can be hung horizontally or vertically). I would not hesitate to purchase this again and have been very happy with my first T&W experience.
