Great size for the space I have.its a high traffic area so pattern is very beginning. The rubberised backing keeps it in place on the wooden floor.and the light weight will make it easy to move out to clean with the pressure hose. Purchase value was fair. Only disappointment was the colours are less vivid than the photo showed.
