Fabulous rug and great value. The design gives it a textural effect while the pile is more like soft carpet. Happy we went with this instead of high pile or shag. Easy to vacuum! The grey pattern is darker than in the product shots. Still looks fabulous but if you’re hoping for the lower contrast appearance as seen on the website, it’s important to distinguish this. See photos. The high contrast works well with our grey sofa anyway.

Great value for money. Colour: Presents a little lighter in the online picture however my cut is more of an off white / beige tone - perfect for homes with little people. Pattern: I was worried it might look busy with the pattern but it adds a beautiful pop of contrast to my living room and blends better than expected. Texture: Good quality. It has a slight coarse feel to it, though it is likely due to being fresh out the box. In retrospect it is probably the better option for anyone with pets, children and high foot traffic. For me this means less damage overtime and easier spot cleaning, so I definitely recommend considering this when purchasing your new rug. Size: I purchased the 240 x330 and I am so happy with the size for what I paid - special thanks to everyone who took the time to share an image review and included the dimensions as this not only helped me pick the perfect rug, but I also realised I had been choosing the wrong size and rug placement for my lounge room over the years and could never pin point why it looked tacky. ***tip: to give a more luxurious look and feel to your lounge room, purchase a rug that can fit all or half of your furniture on it - not only does it enhance comfort, it also gives the illusion of more space. There are a few complaints regarding the rug not flattening. Of course after sitting rolled up in storage it will become stiff so trust the process, it will go down :) First picture is day 1, second is day 7 - and some afternoon and night photos for colour / lighting comparisons. Brilliant soft rug

It grew on me! Originally I was going to return it because it was thinner and looked not as soft and luxurious as other rugs I have bought from T&W, but now I actually like it. Nice design. My son loves it in his room
