Fairly easy to put together. Nice large flat seat and the back is supportive but could do with a strap for the massage pillow. Only thing I'm not to sure about is the foot rest is a bit flimsy and feels like it could give way. But love the chair

Easy to put together and comfortable to use. The leg rest is great as I can rest my sore foot at the moment while on the computer. The only issue is the outgassing smell that is overwhelming at times and so I leave it outside. Be nice if they didn't have that issue

A bit disappointing as the arm rests feel flimsy and the foot rest appears only as a gimmick (it only extends to around the knee level so is not comfortable and you feel like the seat is about to topple forward). Also, the lumber support pillow is much too big to be useful (at least for me). I suppose my expectations were higher for the price.
