Difficult to put together and locking mechanism doesn't work properly

I was so excited to get this item initially and I am experienced in putting these and others together albeit very dissatisfied and disappointed in the finished product. The drawer is quite small and not sturdy. I put the wheels on and the drawer tips forward so you have to lock it all the time. Even when I put two bits of carpet underneath the front wheels it still leans over and things in the drawer move out of place. Also the lock on the one side is very flimsy and does not look even as one side (right) all drawers are snug but on the left there is a gap. So I will not purchase another drawer of this calibre.

Lovely cupboards. It fits so much into the drawers. I love the locking system.

By far the worst instructions I have ever seen for a flat pack product. Parts are mislabeled. There are no pilot holes for the drawers so you have to just work out how high/low the rails should be. There are mysterious parts included that are not referred to at all in the instructions at all. There is a long groove on the inside of the cabinet that presumably has something to do with the lock but again it's not mentioned at all in the instructions. Do yourself a favour and choose another product.

This is by far the most frustrating and worst product I have ever purchased in my life! The instructions make zero sense! They are complicated and the part references change page by page! There is also very little pre-drilled holes, you have to guess where things go and manually create the holes meaning the drawers probably won't line up! I used to work in furniture and spend most of my day building things - but this thing! I'm at a loss. I cannot put it together... do not purchase this!

Very confused about this product and for the first time having to actually request a refund. Received what seems to be a 'dud' product as following the instruction manual, parts do not fit/ are very flimsy in attachment, parts numbered wrongly... In the end the product really was not functional, unfortunately! Which wasted a great deal of our time. :-(

Really poor build instructions. Completely wrong direction

It was almost impossible to construct this. The instructions were incorrect, there were different/missing/extra parts and missing guide marks on the parts themselves. Would not recommend buying this
