After a ten year break from weight lifting (due to spinal injury) this is my gateway tool for getting back into it. They take up so little room, it is really easy to change weights. They may be a little long for some exercises but if you know what you are doing (or can look up online) you can find variations of each exercise you want to use. 100% would buy again, but hopefully will never need to.
