Adeline Dining Table

Don't purchase the Adeline Dining Table I recently purchased, which has proven to be of exceptionally poor manufacturing quality and, in practical terms, impossible to assemble correctly. While I understood this was not a premium-priced dining table, I did reasonably expect that the product would at least be capable of being assembled as intended. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The dowel holes used to join the two tabletop sections are incorrectly aligned. It is physically impossible to insert both dowels simultaneously because the holes do not match up correctly between the two pieces. If one dowel is inserted, the second cannot be fitted at all. There is only one possible configuration. Regardless of which dowel position was used, the outer circumference of the round tabletop still failed to align correctly. The tabletop sections remain visibly uneven at both joins. In an effort to salvage the assembly, I reluctantly proceeded using only one dowel. This has left one side of the tabletop structurally unstable, while both joins remain visibly misaligned. Additionally, there were already scuff marks present around the tabletop join upon opening the package, which I certainly did not create during assembly. The manufacturing issues continued with the table base. Upon reaching the final set of screws, the screw holes simply did not align. I deliberately kept all other screws partially loosened to allow movement and adjustment, and I repeatedly altered the order of tightening to try to compensate. Despite this, it was impossible to install the final set of screws because the holes were incorrectly positioned. I am experienced with flat-pack furniture assembly and have successfully assembled many products over the years. This is not a matter of assembly difficulty or inexperience. The issue is plainly poor manufacturing tolerances and incorrect alignment of the components supplied. I do not own specialised tools, nor should I be expected to modify or re-manufacture a brand-new dining table in order to make it functional. Frankly, the overall quality control on this item is extremely disappointing. The table is not merely lower-end furniture; it is a product that, due to incorrect manufacturing, cannot be properly assembled as designed.

Love this table, was easy to put together by myself thanks to an Allan key drill bit I had for my drill, looks great and is easy to keep clean. Highly recommend this table for those who have young kids!

Disappointing I accept it wasn't an expensive table but I expected it to align. It doesn't. To put it yogether ai had to cut in half one of the wooden plug. It wobbles.

Easy enough to put together but probably wouldn’t have bought it if I’d realised the table top came in two pieces. It’s tricky to get the table 100% level.

My wife purchased this as a surprise, we were looking for round table. the prices and look couldn’t compare, she went to Temple and Webster, purchased immediately, had to tell me, when the delivery man arrived, outstanding I said, wow, how much? I couldn’t be happier, the best part we didn’t have to enter those big furniture companies, easy and quick, what a pick.

Coolest table!! Absolutely love this new addition to our apartment. Perfect for smaller rooms but still feels like you have a lot of room on the table. Adds such a cool, trendy, seamless feel to the room
