6 Seater Buckley Outdoor Lounge Set

If I could give 5 stars based on customer service I would but as for this outdoor lounge, I would say you get what you pay for. We received our set, it was two different colours and the table had rust on it. The replacement was all white, thankfully. But the back cushions are all odd sizes, they don't actually fit the chair measurements (all slightly bigger) so by the time you get to the last back cushion it was over 10cm to big so I've had to cut it down and stitch it back together so it fits. One of the chair cushion had some black ink (or something on it) and its also bigger then the rest of the chair cushions. One of the chairs is also missing white wrap around on of the black supports (thankfully I'll be able to DIY something for that too). Both corner pieces of the replacement didn't line up (we had no issues with the faulty set in terms of this) so that was a mission to get them put together . But yeah, customer service is fantastic and it does look good and is extremely sturdy - but you definitely are getting what you pay for. And of course I would say its luck of the draw as to the set you receive, which is a shame because the potential is there for this to be amazing value.

The speed on delivery was fantastic. The assembly instructions were lacking & parts not labelled. Have patience about you when putting it together, otherwise very happy

This was not what was expected from T&W. The lounge came in multiple colours, some were white, some were brown. I have had trouble. The quality was not there. I do need to note that this is the first item I have ever had problems with quality. Disappointed in this product and the service. I feel saddened that I need to leave such a review, but I am being honest and I hope others don't have the same issue as me.

This is for people under 5 feet. Barely any room to sit on, parts came faulty and dirty and the photo has been edited so much it looks bigger than it is.
