The product comes in a flat pack and is incredibly easy to put together. The set fit perfectly in a small area and looks super high end. Feels solid when complete and all seating is comfortable.

Feels sturdy and well built, I do think that one of the screws had threaded, but once all put together, it was unnoticeable and again, this being a more permanent fixture, adding some wood glue during construction will help to keep it strong for years to come.

The size of the product is deceptive. Could be used for kids Quality is low/mid and the hardware to put together leaves a lot to be desired. “Timber” colour is very unnatural. If I had my time again I would not purchase this.

Excellent product and fast delivery.

The seats look good but are not particularly comfortable, the 2 seater feels smaller than you'd think. More annoying than that, however, is the assembly - the sections you need to screw together with an allen key are not manufactured correctly. The base of the chairs have gaps on both sides and screwing in the bolts rips the wood apart once one side is secured. The instructions are useless. Some of the threads were too tight for the provided bolts and the quality of both the bolts and the allen key provided is rubbish. Applying more force to compensate for the bad thread immeditaly threads the bolt itself, so you can't screw it in further OR unscrew it. I will have to re-engineer the chairs with some extra bits of mdf and screws to make it stable. I have the tools and resources to fix this poor design but I'd warn anyone against this set, it just seems like cheap, thoughtless engineering, designed to look good in pictures but not practical at all.
