This was my first time purchasing from T&W. Service, communication and delivery were all good. it was really easy to put together and frame seems good quality. When you take the seats cushion out I was worried as they were very soft and uneven but after 48hrs they had fully expanded and were surprisingly firm. I gave 4 star because in the instructions it showed the 2 end chairs have arms and as you can see only one end had the arm (as was in product description so no error), the open end really does need the arm on the chair to hold the cushion in as it does hang over a bit. With the 6 seater you have 2 end armed chairs but that would've been too big for our space. Overall very happy with purchase, it is perfect for the space we have and would recommend this product.
