3m Taupe & White Striped Coastal Market Umbrella

Really attractive umbrella. Loved it upon assembly. However, all “wood” on the umbrella (main pole and “spokes”) went mouldy within less than 6 months on a open air suburban Sydney deck, despite description stating “mould resistant” (this has since been removed from description). For reference, no other outdoor furniture around it has gone mouldy in 3 years. Neither treatment with vinegar nor clove oil helped or improved it at all. T&W Customer service declined request for replacement or refund 6 months after purchase (with pics), saying “mould resistant” did not mean there would be no mould. Would not recommend wasting your money on this one, unless you want to use for just a couple of months. Sadly this went out on my verge in a big heap of black mouldy mess : ( Have spent thousands with T&W over recent years- really disappointed in this product and with customer service response, sorry to say.

Good for the price just be careful when its windy. Ours fell over even in a proper umbrella stand and the arm broke through the fabric quite easily. Otherwise looks great and like the size.

Can't say how it will hold up over time but it looks great. Feels sturdy and looks neat with the cover.

Timber cracked in multiple places within 6 months despite being inside during wet weather

Product went mouldy within a few weeks on the timber pole. This is unable to be cleaned off. The timber has since started cracking. Product under 3months old

This parasol is very beautiful, practical, lightweight and easy to store. I like it very much and will recommend it to my friends.

Wood went very mouldy within a few weeks, I had two which went exactly the same. Both were replaced and same thing happened again. I have other furniture where both umbrellas were and no problem with that.

Hello RESORT umbrella! I am blown away by the quality of this gorgeous umbrella I just bought. It was really simple to put together. As soon as I put it out on the deck, I have to say it immediately transformed my outdoor area from a nice deck to what felt like a holiday destination! LOVE LOVE LOVE ! Love this umbrella, it's large, good quality, has a sturdy base that isn't an eye sore, and provides really good shade coverage on my balcony. I think it looks pretty stylish too.

Amazing quality, adding the perfect amount of shade to our pool area. Love the lightweight design for putting up and pulling down.

The umbrella comes in three parts, the short tip and the 2 pieces for the umbrella itself which are all screwed together. The overall quality is very good especially considering the price. It had an initial chemical smell, which disappeared after having it open for one day.
