Looks fantastic and shades beautifully, its my 2nd one. It would get 5 stars if it was vented, as strong breezes often contort it into the shape of a satellite dish.

This umbrella and stand is amazing. The shade coverage is brilliant and looks great on our front deck. Easy to operate as well.

Great umbrella that withstands the wind well with its movement in the top. It would be much better if you could rotate it as the sun moves (i.e. without having to rotate the entire base). I also think it should come with a cover. Other than those two things it would be 5 stars, but it's a good price.

Looks beautiful and works well unless there is the slightest breeze…. then it’s almost unusable

Broke when putting it down. The base also don’t hold the umbrella in position and blows over in a slight breeze.

The umbrella is beautiful. I really like it. The base weights that go with it though are not heavy enough in my opinion. After having our last umbrella (which was weighted much more) blow away in a storm, I'm a bit concerned about this one especially as the weights don't sit very sturdily either.

Just want I was after! I was searching for a backyard shade umbrella that wasn't the typical ugly grey and black. This umbrella is beautiful. It's easy to put up and down and love that it has UV protection. Love the beige and white colour. It's also huge so provides plenty of shade. Would 100% recommend.

Cable broke after only a few uses.

I was disappointed that it didn't come with a sturdy base, as when i enquired if the base was included i was told YES. Now i have to purrchase a separate strong base as the one provided is very flimzy and the product is quite unsteady. Computer generated chats are very untrustworthy. This order from T&W has been rather disappointing with mix up in delivery and finding the strong base not included.

This us a good looking umbrella but not obvious to put up so it looks like the picture.

Ensure you buy the base weights with this umbrella. Seems like others haven’t and have had trouble with stability. Great umbrella to go over a pool and has done well in wind with the weights in place.

Huge umbrella providing so much shade. Does move quite a bit even in light wind but holds well. Easy to manoeuvre and looks fab.

Finally a decent garden umbrella, with a proper stand. Easy to assemble. Need to buy the weights separately though.

Very sturdy and great coverage. Although I did read the description poorly as I didn't realise I still had to purchase the weights for the bottom. Other than that it is easy to use and works well.

Delivered on time- put in requested place- happy with the product- in all very satisfied

I received this umbrella and liked the look of it. We used it in the new year and found that the bottom of the pole where the base arms are holding the umbrella up. We found one that is in welded properly and is broken causing the umbrella to lean one way. We have a feeling the umbrella will break soon.

Really pretty but very poor quality. Broke after 4 uses.

It cannot withstand even a gentle breeze. It moves around so much that it almost hit my newborn in the head. We no longer use as we are scared it will injure someone or damage our property.
