Best investment! I was previously using a big water container on the counter that was big a bulky. With using this product, I know have hot, cold & tempered water on tap, and love that it comes with two filters already. The only thing is I wish the filters had more information on what they actually filter. It's very vague, but ultimately happy with my purchase.
