The water comes out quite slow and the compartment at the bottom looks like a small fridge but it doesn't cool. Otherwise it is a great product. Service and delivery were excellent.

it does not appear to work, neither cools down or heats up the water. The instruction books are vague at best and i feel like im being stitched up.
