When assembled this is a great product - it's internal storage is large, the gas-lift mechanism makes it easy to access, and very stylish. I have two issues with this item though. Firstly, they are very difficult to assemble and the instructions are not clear. Secondly, I order one then another - the first one came with the tools/screws clearly bagged. The other had the tools with a cardboard back taped against the inside cardboard - impossible to see! We only found it two days later when we were ripping the packaging apart for recycling. Inconsistent and very frustrating.
