2 Seater Aldrich Kitchen Island & Stool Set

Happy with this kitchen island/, dining space. Have hosted several dinner gatherings on it so far. The cupboard doors are useful for keeping dust off stored items compared to similar islands with open shelving. Ample storage space for my pots, pans, air fryer, rice cooker and electric fry pan. The wood bench top.is somewhat thin but presumably one could add another layer of wood on top if need be/preferred. Looks elegant enough once in place. Just be careful when assembling as pieces can easily chip.

I recently added this kitchen island to my home, and I couldn’t be happier with it. It fits perfectly with the overall style of my kitchen and really brings the whole space together. The quality is excellent—very sturdy, well-built, and clearly made to last. It’s also incredibly practical, giving me extra workspace and storage, which has made cooking and organizing so much easier. Overall, it’s been a fantastic addition and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen.

Not easy to assemble. Overall quite a flimsy piece of furniture. The stools are not very comfortable or functional in the space but I have ordered some new ones from temple and Webster to try and make the seating more functional. Having said all of that, I do love this bench. The rental I live in does not have a pantry or very much bench space, so it has served a purpose for a pantry and bench. I find myself using it as the primary bench for cooking, serving, and meal preparation. The legs are constantly shifting out of place and it seems like not everything fits exactly together structurally, but I’m not too phased about it. I worry how it would hold up when I move and try to transport it, but for now I’m very grateful I have it. In comparison to a similar item from IKEA, I chose this as it has doors on it and the IKEA equivalent would have looked messy and exposed in my opinion.

The table is perfect however i would not recommend the chair. It's very uncomfortable to sit on. I would recommend purchasing other chairs to match with this table.

Nice size for a kitchen island bench. Storage is deep and great for pots and pans. Only criticisms are the bench top seems quite thin and the doors are a little flimsy. Overall though, happy with this piece.

Unfortunately the kitchen bench is of very poor quality which is very sad as everthing I have bought up to now from Temple& Webster, has been of much better quality! I am therefore now hésitant to buy any more furniture from you as I don’t know if I can trust you! Also your delivery truck driver left the boxes outside our verandah which was literally only 1 -2 mètres away on a very dark cloudy day with an impending storm on the way. We were lucky to have come home and to have rescued the boxes before the kitchen bench pieces were ruined by the storm!!

Beautiful and easy to set up

This island kitchen bench is excellent value. The unit was a bit tricky to assemble. The instructions weren't great but we figured it out eventually. The bench top is solid and we like the unfinished timber which took a plain wax coat, to seal and protect it, beautifully. The cupboard and doors and light weight but the cavity is ample to store lighter items on the shelf and heavier things on the base. The stools are awful. The seats, despite having semi-rounded off edges, are a small diameter. They are hideously uncomfortable to sit on :( They could potentially work for kids but aren't ideal for adults. This is a good value piece, reasonably priced, reasonable quality materials, reasonably made. It provides good additional storage and countertop/bench space.

Perfect height for my new sewing table. Only giving 4 Stars due to the top being warped when arrived. Other than that it was easy to assemble.

Mostly happy with this. We did have a issue when moving it into our desired location of a leg breaking as the wood for the supports is just mdf not real wood. But other than that, we love it.

The bench was easy to build and is a very good addition to our kitchen bench space. The cupboard is very handy to have the additional pots and pans storage. Very happy with this purchase.

Product was ok to put together but the instructions were sometimes not clear/easy to follow. In the end it looks good - the shelving is perhaps a little lighter than I thought. The top is both lovely and a good thickness.

I have to say that the style of the item is 100% suit our small place, however, the quality of the item, not so much. When we installed the item, I couldn’t screw some of the bolts in. When it was completed, the door didn’t shut properly, because of the hinges. Shame we really like the idea of it.

Very cute design suitable for my kitchen. Easy to setup

Its good. Easy to put together. The bench had a couple grey stains on it which was abit annoying. The seats are perfect for kids but for us adults it tends to be uncomfortable after a while, will find some stools with backrests. The cupboard is deep with plenty extra kitchen storage.

Great size and comfort. Build quality could be better, but fair for the price. Overall nice addition for the kitchen.

A lovely addition to our space and certainly serves its purpose. Feels nice and solid although the doors are not the best. Overall happy with the purchase and a fraction of the cost of having an island installed professionally.

Great purchase. Just what our unit needed to add extra bench space to a small kitchen. Easy assembly and the granddaughter loves the stools. Sturdy enough. Looks smart. Quick delivery and easy tracking.

Sadly, I am unable to provide a good review of this product. When putting together the dowells came straight through the main side of the unit. So left with brand new unit with a hole that needed to be patched.

Hi, I received my item weeks... after ordering. As we were putting product together it was just cracking the timber is terrible quality, the bench top is rough it needs to be sanded and coated. I was very disappointed with my order for the money I paid. I expected more unfortunately. I will not be recommending to anyone at this point.
