Thank you so much for this beautiful valet. It came delivered as per the photo and description on your website and l couldn't be happier as it was a birthday gift to my husband. I appreciate the special care taken in packaging it for it to arrive intact, since it was pre-assembled which was also a bonus.

Very classy item!

The product arrived very promptly, was extremely well packaged and no damage to the item when unpacked. It is very good quality and looks exactly as it does on the website.

Great price but you get what you pay for. The quality is poor. The smell from the varnish takes a while to go away. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this.

I love this old-look stand - the only negative thing I have to say about my piece is that the hanger part hasn't been carved to sit straight (which is annoying if, like me, you're a perfectionist). I wouldn't have approved this particular piece for sale.

Good design, but the finish is a little disappointing For the premium price. The twisted “leg” supports are rough and haven’t been sanded smooth.

Badly made, hanger sits completely skew and is very loose. One drawer has already fallen apart. Very poor quality.

Annoyed to receive it damaged as it was a gift for my sons birthday. Not nice to open a present that’s damaged. However the service thereafter was great, with a quick response., a new one was delivered promptly. Thank you Templer and Webster.
