The item arrived in a Christmas tree size box. The box was undamaged but the item had a broken black pot and a damaged leaf that was quite crinkled. After repotting the faux plant and blowdrying the crinkled leaf out... the faux plant actually looks quite nice! The joins and the back of the leaves give away the faux plant. It can appear a little plastic looking. But, from a distance it keeps one guessing. Overall I am happy with the product.

Really nice for an artificial plant, but not as real looking as the pictures, some of the tips of the leaves were crinkled when it arrived which made it clearly noticeable that it was not real.
