This heater warms the bathroom well. Unfortunately it shifts each time it's switched on/off

I was disturbed by the state of the packaging as it was ripped and had been taped. When I opened it and went to install the heater I found the template for the bracket to fix to the wall was missing and also a screw was missing. So I believe that I received a returned item. The heater works well and is good value. I was less than impressed by the presentation.
