Great vest , easy to put on.

This is such a comfortable vest. It is a good strong weight for short walks, and fits securely and comfortably. The one I received does have 2 straps though, I am not sure why the image only shows one strap.

Love this weighted chest

Sits good/snug on shoulders. Wouldn't go over 10 kgs in weight. Tested 3 days in a row total 24 kms. Felt legs, abs and shoulders!

This is so comfortable to wear. The adjustable straps mean it sits exactly right on my shoulders. I've been using a 7kg with no adjustment straps and it was causing me pain. This is 3kg more and doesn't hurt at all, no matter how long I walk for.

Exactly what I wanted

It's weighted with sand, which tiny amounts leaked out and the support straps don't fasten tight enough if you have a small frame. But I bought this to wear when on my walking pad, so it still serves its purpose.

Great item - Would be better if the weights were removable to adjust the weight.

To much weight on shoulders.. gave me a headache... put it IN my backpack.. good weight down low.

Was not comfortable

Now I can walk for 30 mins and get the same results as 1hr. Have also built more muscle. After wearing this walking around home, I found steep mountain hikes much easier too!

Arrived really quickly in good condition - seems to do what it says and is comfortable walking. Don’t know how it will go running, but I am ages away in my fitness journey for that!

Product is good, but did not realise how heavy 10kg would be. A strain on my back, so returning this one.

Product not as advertised. Pictured as one cross body strap to secure, same on box, but actual product had two straps which changes how it sits on chest

The weight is well balanced and it’s easy to forget it’s on your shoulders…until going up stairs. The two buckles and clips are user friendly. I had many friends try this on and even when the vest was loose under people’s arms, the buckles kept it secure.

Great vest! Good weight distribution across the shoulders so no digging in. Having it do up at the front is extremely practical for taking the vest on and off, particulary if you have problematic shoulders as theres no awkward overhead movements. Theres a little mesh pocket on the back that also comes in handy for carrying phone/car key etc. Hghly recommend.

The item will work well for gym use, however can't be used for running as it moves around too much and chaffs at the neck .
