Lacks cushioning for heavy people James from Bundoora, VIC – Verified Buyer I bought this chair to serve a dual purpose. As I work from home I needed a chair to spend most of the day in in front of the computer. But I also wanted it to be able to comfortably recline to watch videos etc during downtime. Added to this is that I weigh roughly 150 kg, so it was great to find a chair with a 200 kg limit. This suits my purpose in all areas bar one, it is seriously lacking in seat cushioning. Perhaps it would be fine for those who weigh less, but they wouldn't need a chair capable of 200 kg. When reclined the chair is very comfortable for me. But sitting forward, in a typing position, it can be very painful (at my weight) after a couple of hours, particularly around the tailbone and back passage (sorry for tmi) can feel like I've been sitting on a bollard. Just because I'm a fat guy, that does not mean I have a bum so fat I don't need cushioning. In short, I will love this chair ... but only after I fit it with a coccyx cushion. |

Good chair Ian from Elizabeth East, SA – Verified Buyer Very good chair but sits just a bit too high to be comfortable while sitting at a desk. Luckily I happened to have a spare gas cylinder that was a bit shorter than the one supplied. Other than that it's a very nice chair. |
