Great couch, love the soft fabric. I did have a bit of an issue with one of the back legs bending under the couch, but when I contacted the T&W team they responded within a few hours (on a Sunday may I add) with a solution and had a new couch free of charge delivered to my apartment by that Thursday. I was and am highly impressed with the customer service and care that have given me through this whole process and am very thankful for the teams help in replacing my now beloved couch. I highly recommend, specifically if you have an issue with texture as this couch is so soft and as someone with AuDHD it has been a godsend. (Previously I had a couch that was painful to touch because of the rough fabric so this couch being soft was truly a blessing 🥰🙏🏻) Overall, I highly recommend T&W for if nothing else the top tier customer service and fast response times Amazing job and amazing product |

I have not yet moved as I am waiting for the 13th August to move. The Settee is all still packed in its boxes. I can't take any pics yet. But I love it and the colour is so lovely cant wait to set it up in my new home. |

I have had this sofa for about 3 years now and it still looks the same! Well travelled accross 4 states! Really versatile, have had friends sleep over on it, two dogs use it as a day bed (easy to clean too!). Very comfortable and eye catching! And after 3 years has not shown any signs of wear and tear!

The couch is exactly as it says in the description, however after using it for a bit I have realised its just not super comfortable and its not super well constructed either. The colour and feel are great though. |

Beautiful and elegant velvet couch, I am so in love with the style! Was super easy to disassemble and reassemble - putting it together was fairly easy but took a little patience especially with fitting the two arm rest end onto the main body of the couch. The back rest is a very comfortable height, and the seats have really good, firm padding! I have noticed that the fabric does pick up a bit more pet fur than my last couch, but it's easily removed. I am absolutely obsessed with the chaise end of this lounge, it's so comfortable and perfect for movies/gaming nights! Delivery was also super fast and efficient!

The colour is beautiful. Very easy to put together did it on my own. It is on the smaller side. Wish it was a little bit bigger. Comfort was not overly comfortable I won't lie. The quality not sure it's overly strong But I only Wanted it for my good room so Whant be sitting in there much. Overall It is very pretty. And in love with the colour.
