Absolutely loved my new chair! Arrived very quickly and was really easy to set up. Very comfortable and am using it as a vanity chair. Definitely a successful purchase, would recommend.

The product was listed as wool but is 100% Polyester. I contacted T&W and let them know it wasn't as advertised. We negotiated a reduced price and I kept the order. They updated the product online. Easy to make after the first one.

The chair is a pleasant look with a woolly polyester fabric. The rubber stops on the feet quickly broke making the sharp metal poke through. This is comfortable for a mealtime chair but I would not recommend it for long hours of use in a study. Nice chair, perhaps not as big as expected somehow. As usual it came quite quickly which is handy.

I ordered 4 chairs. They're comfortable to sit on however the fabric looks/feels so unrealistic. Not sure if the fabric will lasts longer than 1-2 years if heavily using it.
