Delivery was good. Came well within the timeframe expected. The mattress itself was packaged well. I wasn't sure what to expect from a mattress that has been compressed into a small package. Has a medium firm feel to it, which I like. I am 6.4 @ 126kg and this supports my bulk. I love this store to order from. Five star rating from me.

The single mattress is on the firm side nothing a quilted mattress protector won't fix. Certainly not a fault with the mattress and simply personal choice.
