Looks good, but the manufacturing quality is poor. I returned the first one that arrived because the drawers clashed so that the bottom one couldn't be closed except by slamming it shut. The (cheap, shaky) runners were at the limit of their vertical adjustment. The second one that arrived was slightly better in that I was able to adjust the middle drawer 2mm upwards, and add locking screws (not supplied) to keep it there. So I decided to keep it. Beware stability, as others have said. The front legs are set well back so that fully opening any drawer will cause the whole unit (when empty) to tip forward. It absolutely needs to be secured to the wall behind (no fixings supplied though). Some good points -- it looks smart, and nicely complements the pair of bedsides (same series) that I bought at the same time. Choice of metal or wooden knobs. Came very well packaged and was easy to assemble (just screw on the legs, reverse the knobs and you're done). But they REALLY need to upgrade those awful drawer runners. |
