All parts were complete, instruction manual was clear and it was easy to assemble by myself; no special tools required. The size was just right for the space I had, it’s sturdy enough to hold my shoes which I prefer to be in their respective boxes. |

Exactly like the photos, very lightweight, may need to be tethered to wall because I have so much in it. Easy assembly, just a little tedious because there are so many of the steel poles, but didn't take too long. I wish the shelves were a bit taller as I can't stand boots up in them, I couldn't see any dimensions for the shelves specifically, but no biggie I just lay them down. Will probably buy another one!
