Chairs seem sturdy, the cushion part was very firm to begin with but over time it has softened and will continue to do so. There was an error in the instructions with the screws, wrong length named the wrong letter so it took a long time to rebuild after discovering the error. Good product for our needs but instructions need correcting

Delivered promptly and well packaged. Chairs are comfortable. Screw fittings not the best. Have to be careful to fit the matching numbered parts for each chair. Despite this still in the end had one screw that could not be fully inserted and cannot be bothered to organise return. |
