I was scared of unwrapping it because of some videos I have seen in social media. But unwrapping this mattress was easy and safe. There was an instruction to use the cutter provided in the package but ther wasn't any. I took the video of the entire unwrapping but I can only post photos here. It was fun doing so. Really comfortable mattress - firm but not too firm tall mattress (although I do have an electric blanket & a thick bamboo mattress protector as well). I’m a side sleeper but lie on my back lots while reading & am really comfortable so far. I have lower back issues but am adjusting to this mattress very quickly & have had great sleeps so far, with no back pain when I wake up.. Very little mattress movement so doesn’t disturb a partner or snoozing pet. Sides are firm & feel secure, so little risk of rolling out of bed (for other side sleepers who creep towards the edge while asleep). Does take some effort to get up from it (& not just because it’s so comfy)), so if someone has decreased mobility, make sure they’ve at least got a handle to help. Not an issue for people with normal mobility. Feels very good quality & I am very impressed & happy, particularly for the price. Was a bit of a wrestle to get the mattress unloaded (it’s 42kg when boxed) so ensure you have a second pair of hands if you can. And although it says to use the special tool to release the mattress from the vacuum plastic packing, there wasn’t one included, but I just carefully used some scissors. Just puncture the plastic a little bit first to let some air in gradually, before removing it altogether so it doesn’t expand too rapidly on you. Normal queen size sheets fit fine even though it’s tall & I haven’t had any slippage of the bottom sheet despite them not being new. Actually now I think of it, my bed covers have stayed put for days. With my previous mattress (but same electric blanket/mattress protector) they’d gradually slide off to my side of the bed. I think it’s because there’s so little movement of the mattress due to the pocket springs? Anyway I highly recommend this mattress & hope you sleep well too.

I spent alot of time questioning if a mattress in a box would give me the results I needed.. this is also the first time I've bought a matress brand new and online without being able to test it.. Quick delivery within a week, ended up arriving whilst we were out but was left at front door which was fine. We left the mattress to inflate for a day and a half which was more than enough time. The mattress is really comfy! Soft yet supportive. We had recently bought an Aldi mattress in a box and although it was fine, it wasn’t as thick and lacked that top comfort layer so it has been sent to the spare room. Hubby and I both agree this mattress is excellent value and super luxurious. Could be a bit too soft on the edges for the elderly would be my only concern. Will happily recommend

We are so impressed with this mattress. It is really comfortable and for the price point I’m super happy with the quality. It doesn’t move or sink when sharing with my husband. It is softer when sitting on the edges but the mattress is very high so I wouldn’t use that for putting on my shoes anyway. The edges don’t sink when sleeping on it.
