I read all the reviews and this one appeared to have more people saying the firmness is perfect. Me and my partner don't feel each other's movement as before and we both sleep really good now wake up with no back pain etc. Unboxing is very easy, it looked like it decompressed almost fully after just a couple of hours. We couldn't wait and slept on the bed the same day we unboxed it but it's fine. The only thing is becuz its thickness (check the pic, the speaker is size reference) our fitted bedsheet doesn't fit anymore haha but we don't really care so it's not an issue. My partner said he's never had a better mattress than this one in his life. |

I was originally skeptical on purchasing this mattress, HOWEVER, with so many good reviews it gave me the confidence to go out on a limb and purchase a mattress online. … and it’s fantastic! While it is a bit heavy to move on your own, the set up is incredibly simple and is fairly well inflated instantly. I will leave it for a few hours before I make the bed but overall I am definitely impressed. The mattress is a good height and the topper does make a huge difference. I would recommend this mattress and definitely purchase again for the other spare room!

Based on the good reviews, I took a chance on the concept of the mattress in a box. I ordered on Wednesday night and it was delivered on the Friday. So fast! My adult son loves it and slept really well on it. We unboxed it together and unfolded it in the vacuum sealed plastic. Once the plastic seal was cut the mattress spung into shape and looked like a standard mattress. It continued to fill out over the next few hours. Very impressed so far. Grateful for a 10 year warranty. Son says that it was incredibly comfortable. Very happy with sale price. Would buy again. |

Wow! Wow! Wow! Wow. arrived in 2 days. Wow, so easy to install, I did it on my own and it's a king size, make sure you read the instructions because it's quite a quick release out of the packaging and wow so comfortable even from the first night straight after being unpacked. After a week even more comfortable. Approved by my puppy Moo.

BRILLIANCE IN A BOX!! Such a great way to send these mattresses, especially as I ordered 3, one each for my twin teenage boys & one for my 9 yr old boy. Does the job for an inexpensive mattress in a guest room. There is not a lot of side support so it might not be a great match for older folks. Thicker than I thought it would be. Shipped quickly but note the box is heavy! |

I absolutely LOVE this mattress for my sons room. For the price, you can't beat it. I love laying and reading books in it each night and have recommended to friends who are upgrading from a cot to big kid bed. Highly recommend. |

I was a little skeptical about blind-buying a mattress online but the reviews and ratings convinced me. This mattress is on the firmer side but feels very supportive. I also love the fact it comes with a 10 year warranty. It adds quite a bit of height to the bed which I thought was great.

When it arrived in a box I thought I’d ordered the wrong thing… then once opened out of the vacuum sealed bag - it flourished into what is one of the most plush and comfy mattresses I have ever had! Exceptional value for money!!

The mattress is described as medium firm, but I found it much softer than expected. If you’re looking for strong support, this might not be the best choice. That said, it’s very comfortable if you prefer a plush feel.
