Look,. aesthetically the product is fine. Structurally however it is far from ideal. The main upholstered frame is STAPLED together with no hint of any basic woodworking joints. Two of my staples were missing and resulted in a return. The legs require you to screw in a stabilizing screw at a 45 degree angle to the frame. The destination is not pre-drilled which results in the wood/bamboo tearing out and the screw easily rips out of the resulting join, rendering it useless and the structure potentially unsafe. I can't recommend this product simply because design limits have been pushed too far at this price point and the resultant poor build quality detracts from what could be a very nice bench. |
