First of all the delivery timeframe was exactly as stated and it was a pleasant surprise for it to arrive exactly when we needed it to. The build quality is outstanding and was quite easy to put together as well. It really tied our open plan living area together nicely. Would highly recommend this product and also temple and Webster to anyone who is considering this or any of their products! Have set this up as a coffee and tea station in our kitchen, with our new coffee machine the centre piece on this product. Best purchase we’ve made for the house.

I really like this unit, however there were a couple of faults with the manufacturer which let it down and, had I not had some basic woodworking skills and tools, would've led to a wonky unit. Firstly, as I'd read in someone else's review, the hole for the top hinge of the right hand door was not pre-drilled. I had to carefully measure the bottom one and match the spacing at the top, drill an identical sized hole for the door to swing properly. This is a manufacturing fault that needs to be fixed ASAP as this will cause lots of issues for others. Also, there was a missing caster holder on one of the wheels. This means that one caster can't click into place meaning that if I lift the unit up, it can fall out. It also sits slightly lower so the unit rocks (easy to fix with some padding). This isn't a part I could easily find or make, so not much I can do. Finally, as a suggestion for improvement, pre-dill holes in the right side for the handle/towel rail. I was able to drill new holes so I could put it on the right side but otherwise you're stuck with no towel rail or the rail on the left side. This would be an easy solution to add more flexibility to this unit. In any case, I'm happy with my fixes and the unit is solid and suits the purpose perfectly. Just wish I didn't have to rate lower due to these manufacturing issues.

I ordered 2 of these for my scullery and they were perfect. Sturdy, easy to assemble. Cupboard door was a little tricky to install as the spring that was meant to act as the hinge got stuck in the door but after some experimenting and wiggling, it released and worked fine. I left off the towel rack and put them side by side so you can't see the predrilled holes.

I was surprised with the overwhelming number of steps required to build this thing, took a good hour with help from my partner. Screwing up some parts were a delicate process. Though having said that, all pieces were correctly drilled and aligned to the mm. Sadly the diagram on one page had so many steps that I missed adding a cosmetic component which now requires me to take everything apart. Too much effort so I'll just leave it that piece out. The wooden benchtop quality is good, but everything below that feels a bit light and cheap. Overall build quality is on the cheaper end. I was expecting a little more premium based on the website's presentation. Overall I'm happy with the product and fulfils its purpose, but I feel that I paid maybe 30% more than I should have hence the 4 star.
