Excellent delivery service, the product arrived within a week of ordering. I chose the Laken Pendant Light for its graceful shape and gold highlights, and it looks great out of the box (still waiting for installation). In the picture it looks to have a plain frosted shade, and it was a surprise to find it actually has a paint brush-like horizontal stripe. I went back to the original photos and found that you have to look carefully to see it on a smartphone screen.
