The first shipment of this product got lost and they kindly sent another but was disappointed that it did not look as robust as in the photograph. It is very synthetic looking whereas the photograph looked like a standard shag rug. Extremely light weight and am unsure of its durability. But kudos to the company for replacing the ones lost in transit. |
