Really disappointed I didn’t see the copious poor reviews on this “bed”. I’ve purchased quite a few things from T&W and am very capable with a flat pack. These instructions if you can even call them that were absolutely horrific, pictures weren’t clear and so many unnecessary details on there apart from things that would actually support the build, like some words. Took absolutely ages to assemble and then when finally put together is not easy to use. Drawers are awkward to get in and out unless you don’t have bedside tables AND have basically no weight in them. Slats on almost one whole side came out at the same time the drawers and one side of the bed broke. Definitely what you wish to happen 2-3 weeks after buying. I literally have never been so disappointed in a product in my life and am kicking myself I didn’t just invest more into my first new frame in forever. Don’t make the same mistake I did. |
