Lightweight chair, small, good for child or teen, however still comfy as an adult but not as enveloping as a full size chair. Design is lovely but construction of arms feels like they're going to come away from the body when I lean on them. However for the price, it's features and design, AND the fact they sent me a whole extra unit when the massage pillow didn't work, very good service, very good chair, even if it is a bit small. I can still sit cross legged in it so I'm happy.

Remember the price. For $120 this chair is awesome. Pros: Its a comfy chair. The massage novelty is fun. Cons: It's a bit short - I am 185cm (6ft) and would prefer the back to be about 10cm taller. Massage function is just a novelty. Feels a bit flimsy. Again, it was $120 so pretty much 5 out of 5 for what it is but it won't compare to a $400 chair at all. Do recommend for a good chair on a budget and would probably buy it again if this one lasts over 12 months.

A great budget and starter chair for those of more shorter heights (5'0 feet and under) and younger children. You may have to adjust the neck and lumbar pillows a bit as appropriate to your comfort as they both tend to sit lower than expected, but once you do it becomes more comfortable especially when reclining. The lumbar pillow provides more of a moderate buzzing massage like a toothbrush, so if you're expecting a strong massage chair this might not be the right chair to go with. While I managed to figure this out by number and fitting, I also believe that the differentiation between screws in the instruction manual during chair assembly could've been clearer. The footrest and recline functions are secure when used and work well. Chair cushioning is good and mostly comfortable, not too stiff nor too soft, but may only be suited for moderate use of about 4 hours or under. The chair fabric is great for warmer and humid weather, and especially so if you're not fond of sitting in or maintaining leather chairs.

I bought this gaming chair after being swayed by the overwhelmingly positive reviews, but my experience has been entirely different. Right out of the box, the chair felt cheap; the materials used are low-quality. The seat is hard and uncomfortable, and the backrest offers little to no support—certainly not ideal for long working sessions. The price should have been a red flag, but I trusted the reviews and took the plunge. Unfortunately, the chair's quality reflects its low cost, confirming my initial doubts. To make matters worse, returning the chair isn’t a viable option. The postage fee to send it back is nearly the same as the price of the chair, so I’m stuck with a purchase I deeply regret. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment. Go to a physical store, test out the chairs, and invest in one that meets your needs. This product is not worth your time or money. I do not recommend it.

I really like this chair, it's very comfortable and the adjustable lumbar support makes it even more so and the head pillow is a bonus. It makes me realize just uncomfortable my old one was. And it was so easy to put together. It was also great to get a great discount with the chair being on sale. I would happily recommend this chair to everyone.

I really can’t complain about the quality for the price I paid. Time will tell how it wears with time, but for an entry level gaming chair, this is pretty well priced for what you get. I absolutely despise those typical leather style chairs, so I was super keen to see something with this upholstery. Assembly of the chair was fairly easy, no verbal instructions, just diagrams but easy to follow steps. Delivery was longer than expected, must of had to back order this colour variant. I assume my personal experience with wait times weren’t the typical for others. Would rate the whole experience 8.5/10. Not too shabby at all. Can’t wait to test it out over the weekend.

I have had this chair for roughly six months now. Overall, the chair is quite comfortable, definitely an improvement over my previous office chair. Additionally, the chair was pretty simple to assemble.Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. I feel the chair is quite flimsy and the arms are unable to support my bodyweight as I stand up, and to add to the woes of the chair arms, they constantly loosen and become very 'wobbly' and require retightening every month or so. Would I purchase the chair again? No.
