So glad I spoilt myself with this quilt set - the colours do pop and it brings me much joy. I splurged and also bought the European pillow cases (which meant I had to go and buy the pillows!) and I really like them even if they are a little silly and get scattered on the floor at night! I’m glad the back of the quilt is a lighter colour, as I have cats I have tried turning the quilt over at night so their fur doesn’t get on the black/flora side. Sadly, my kittens did scratch the quilt and you can see the white line where threads have pulled. Hence why I am seriously considering buying another quilt cover to keep for the future. Definitely recommend. My only regret is my bed type has an end on it, so I do t get the visual impact of seeing the full quilt on my bed.
