We purchased a matching pair of these outdoor fans for a balcony renovation. They look really fantastic. One of them works perfectly, but the other one had a manufacturing fault and only works on the higher speed settings. Unfortunately no replacement was available from the supplier by the time we discovered this. Temple & Webster offered a partial refund which I have accepted - I felt they handled our problem as well as possible under the circumstances. |
