    This range began with the idea of combining industrial design with the mid-century design of the 6ixty range. What could be done, where would it go? The initial design draft had to include 1.Simplicity 2. Eco. Friendly, 3. Economic and uncomplicated production processes, 4. Clever use of flatpack technology to reduce the end price to the customer by about 20% while still maintaining a high quality finished product that does not have a ‘flatpack look’. This range is made in both oak and walnut veneers to reduce timber consumption by a ratio of 20 times compared to solid wood construction.

    About the Manufacturer

    Our first in house designs, the 6ixty range of solid American oak furniture has become a design classic both within Australia and overseas. This range develops on the mid-century design ethic but adds a unique new twist. Strong colour has been added. Uniquely they are the first designers to introduce the flexibility of being able to reverse the colour to an oak finish if the customer wishes, giving 4 distinct looks to the one item. The 6ixty line is manufactured from solid ‘A’ grade American oak in Northern China.
