Glad I got this on sale. The sides have zero structure and very flat. The pillow itself also is not full enough. I have put another pillow in it to bulk up. The fabric however is very nice for pup to lay on.

Great product, doesn't over heat but also is definitely not Luke warm like some. More internal padding and a larger heating pad would be ideal but the cats and dog all share it together and sleep through the night without complaint

Poorly designed. The heat from the pad couldn't get through the ridiculously thick wadding and even without the wadding it was still not very warm. The zip couldn't be completely closed because the zip is the exit point for the cable of the heat pad, which left the cable exposed and tempting for my cat to chew. The last heated pet bed I had was warmer and the heat pad wiring went through a slot in the underside of the bed so it wasn't ugly or tempting. I eventually had to stop using it due to the safety concerns as a result of this poor design. Of course, the ugly and awkward cables are not shown in the listing which is very misleading. I would NOT recommend this product.

Good quality for price. Not a lot of heat gets through the thick cushion pad so I manoeuvred a lot of the padding to the edges to allow the heat to come up. My cats absolutely hate it, clearly something wrong with the cats! I have put cushions in hoping to get them used to it. Would recommend.

This is perfect for my elderly dog! She loves it and it keeps her warm in winter. The only thing to note is that it's electric and needs to be plugged into the wall, so wouldn't be suitable for outside dogs.

This one is a no go. I'm sad to write a low review. The product is poorly designed. The bed, which is made of dacron, is way too thick for any heat to get through. The second issue is that my cat just will not go near it seemingly becuase of the dacron. Don't waste your money with this one. I wish I could speak better of this product.
