An affordable home office chair with great comfort. Unfortunately, one of the screws that secures the armrest to the main body of the chair was missing. The customer service team responded very quickly to this issue and provided a partial refund to purchase the missing item.

A reasonable chair for the price paid. Ergonomic chairs can be very expensive so this chair is a reasonable compromise (trade off of cost vs comfort) for a home office. Had this chair for well over a year now and no problems.

Chair is super comfy, fairly easy to put together. Only thing which would have made it better was a headrest that was adjustable horizontally, otherwise is good!
