Received the goods a week ago. I did replace my old rug in my lounge.. what a transformation! It looks beautiful. Had no trouble with the delivery. As expected there is this odour which comes with the making of this product. After a couple of days with leaving the window open it has gone. Very happy ..good price..nice product..would buy it again |

Hi, My first purchase, sight unseen. Upon receiving my cowhide rug, I could not be more happy and am overwhelmed with the quality and authenticity. This is not the "forever" home for my beauty but I could not let her sit in storage. And no one is allowed to walk on her with shoes on. I have told all of my friends about your website. I am now looking for more. Thank you.

Unhappy with this rug. Blue tannage on back of hide is very visible on parts of the hide where hair is thinner. This is not explained in the description on the website, however is acceptable to the Company as they have not offered a refund or exchange after multiple communications with them. I will not display this rug in my home as I don’t believe cows are blue! Surely you would use a different colour to tan a hide if you knew it would be visible through the hair! If you are planning on buying one of these hides, choose an all dark colour!! |
