Great rug feels luxious underfoot. Markings are on the softer side as the rug is more cream but as others have said variations are expected with natural products

Prompt delivery, packaged well. Much lighter than pictured, mainly cream with very small areas of light brown, but understand it is a natural item and colour varies. Flattened out nicely and feels lovely underfoot
