Ideal for a small bathroom or small ensuite. Replaced a old ixl tastic 3 in 1 unit. Just required to square off the corners of the existing ceiling cutout and used existing wiring. Good heating, relatively quite Fan and comes with vent and duct to remove the steam from the bathroom. Happy my purchase and price.
