Make a purchase on T&W website or App during the promotional period to enter the draw to win a share of the $100,000 prize pool. 1st prize: 1 winner to win $75,000 in cash, plus a T&W stylist package. 2nd prizes: 10 winners to win $2,500 store credit each.

Entry and Eligibility

Customers of Temple & Webster who are over the age of 18 and Australian residents who make a purchase during the Promotional Period will be entered into the draw and eligible to win. Trade Customers and T&W employees are not eligible to enter. If the purchase is made via Temple & Webster App, customers will receive 2 entries into the draw. Every order placed during the Promotional Period is considered an entry, multiple entries are allowed. Refunded orders will not be counted as entry. Gift card purchases will not be counted as entry. By entering into the Promotion, you agree that your information may be published as a winner as required by law and these Terms and Conditions. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for any late, incomplete or lost entries.

Draw Details

The draw will take place on 20 Nov 2024 at 11.00am AEDT at 2/ 1-7 Unwins Bridge Road, St Peters 2044. The first 11 valid entries randomly drawn electronically from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period will win 1 x $75,000 cash, 10 x $2,500 store credit in this order. Winners' will be notified by telephone and email by 27 Nov 2024 and their last name, first initial and postcode will be published on templeandwebster.com.au in the Promotional T&Cs for a period of 12 months. Only one prize allowed per entrant. Once an entrant’s name has been drawn, their name cannot be valid for a subsequent draw. If winners cannot be reached, a 2nd chance draw will take place 3 months after, 20 Feb 2025 at 11.00 AEDT at 2/1-7 Unwins Bridge Road, St Peters 2044 and 2nd chance winners will be notified by telephone and email by 27 Feb 2025 and their last name, first initial and postcode will be published on templeandwebster.com.au in the Promotional T&Cs. T&W reserves the right to request that a winner provide proof to satisfy that the winner is eligible and entitled to a prize. Draw will be done electronically, in the presence of an individual scrutineer and will be kept on file for the duration of 7 years.

Details

1st prize: 1 winner will receive $75,000 cash via EFT transfer to an account nominated in writing by the winner within 30 days of winner confirmation. The winner will also receive a T&W stylist package which includes a 3hr zoom consultation for 2 room styles and a detailed moodboard, valued at $1,685. Offer will expire 6 months from winner confirmation, winner needs to make a booking before expiry date. Stylist package is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 2nd prizes: 10 winners will receive $2,500 in T&W store credit within 14 days of winner confirmation. Store credit will expire 3 months from the time of loading and is non transferable or redeemable for cash.

Acceptance of Terms

By entering this Promotion you warrant that you are an Eligible Person and that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. Any breach of these terms and conditions, including where the Promoter has a reasonable basis to believe that the terms and conditions have been breached, any and all entries received from that person are void and that person will not be eligible for any Prize.

These conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties in relation to the entry and conduct of the Promotion.

Any entrant warrants that they have not relied on any other advertisement, promotion or communication in relation to the Promotion.

Exclusions and Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability for any personal injury; or any loss or damage in the provision of any goods or services, or conduct of any promotion, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

- any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);

- any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference or intervention;

- any entry or Promotion claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;

- any failure, delay or defect with or related to any network, service of transmission (including by not limited to post, telephone or internet);

- any variation in prize or prize value to that stated in the Promotion;

- any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;

- use of any prize; or

- any other circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.

Where any event or occurrence outside of the control of the Promoter prevents or hinders the ability to proceed with the Promotion or any part of it, the Promoter may vary, cancel or re-schedule the Promotion or any part of it. Any such action must be conducted in accordance with the applicable law and regulatory requirements for which the Promotion is conducted.
