They say you get what you pay for and this door stop is worth every bit of the price we paid. From the unexpected packaging, it came gift wrapped with a card and unwrapping it was exciting and really a fun memorable experience, topped only by its contents, one serious door stop. Solid, heavy and once in place it has no problems stopping the front door. Picked it because we wanted to carry the brass accents through the hallway and start and stop at the front doorway so this was the piece we opted for that task, what we didn't ever expected was it would turn out to be more than just something that caught peoples eye, almost everyone thus far has bent down and touched it, can't blame them it's an amazingly well crafted and superior quality doorstop. Any door stop will do the job, this one stops more than just the door |
