The plastic brackets popped because there isn't as much support when there is lots of weight, this happened after a few months of owning so apart from that it was great |

Look, this rack doesn’t go together specifically as it should. The cutlery draw does NOT fit where it appears in the photo because of the plastic clips that connect the top shelf to the bottom. But if you have the space to clip it on the longer side, it’s pretty great. Feels sturdy too. It’s changed my dishwashing game considerably. |

It’s fine. I feel like the top shelf needs to be higher or the bottom shelf needs better slots. I don’t fit as much on it as I expected to. |
